Tony Kamp Ccim’s Expertise “Partnership” If one word defines my career and my definition of sales it is Partnership. Any good partnership is a win-win, if it isn’t than it is not a partnership. I believe that selling is about finding and understanding the customers that you can help the most. That is where the most satisfaction and best outcomes happen. I bring this to every business relationship, if it is not a win-win partnership, than we need to find a way for it to be or find another solution. In the late 1990’s I had a friend, colleague and mentor tell my “Tony, sometimes you have to work for people you don’t like”. Although I have great respect for the man who told me this, I made a decision that if I was in a business relationship with someone that lacked mutual respect and shared values I would move on. Fortunately I have rarely had to move on without a successful solution. Finding opportunities and problem solving with true partners are the greatest joys of my career.
