In this role i handled all aspects of the Restaurant, Bar, and Banquet departments for the hotel. I left this role to take on an opportunity at Knology's Augusta Call Center. Currently there i am the Supervisor over the dispatch department which handles all communications with the 300+ techs in the field and the ppv coordinator for all ppv events. During my tenure at Knology i have numerous supervisor positions which include Dispatch team lead, techinical support supervisor, billing supervisor, workforce supervisor, and the Order entry supervisor. Currently i am attending school at Belford University and i plan to graduate by next year and earn a bacholer's degree in Business Management, i currently have a 3.8 gpa. My goals are to earn a position as a operations manager for a successful company, hopefully knology. Specialties: My specialties are in the operations side of the call center. I am used to handling the coordination and scheduling of reps to obtain optimal service levels to meet or exceed the goals set by management. Every department i have been in i have helped lower the call volume by doing call analyis on the type of calls were coming in and discovering ways to stop those calls from coming in to the center.
