Prior to being a full time faculty member I was fortunate to have won awards at AT&T Wireless for marketing/product/project management, and then fast tracked and early promoted at the "big Four" consulting firm Accenture (most projects involved strategic planning and building marketing capabilities for Fortune 100 companies...leading up to big data, social CRM etc.). I now enjoy teaching and consulting at C-suite levels of corporations, helping businesses, and mentoring/coaching startups. My last faculty position at UNE was comprised of around 8K students in health (pre-med, med school, dentistry, therapies, nursing, etc.) around 2 hours north of Boston on the coast of Maine. There I was brought in to teach and develop their Makerspace and the university's Innovation Challenge which was revitalized exponentially into exciting opportunities particularly in digital technologies in Health Tech Innovation and Marine Sciences. ...before being asked back to consulting.
