Sure the requirement to document discussions has a greater focus but again the best of advisers have done this in many different forms over many years very well. So where are we now? I say that we are where we have been and should've been. Don't challenge this so called new world, embrace it and be better! Old I have worked in financial services for more than 20 years (including 8 years in a defined benefit scheme) now predominately in Paraplanning and have progressed through the ranks, now hold a Team Leader role at Australian Unity. I have had held Team Leading positions in previous organisations but that experience certainly pails into insignificance when compared with my current employer and the opportunities I have been afforded. Paraplanning has always been a passion of mine as has the love or writing and mentoring others which make the role of Paraplanning Team Leader an ideal mix. Ioof Holdings
