Provide 24x7 operations/ maintaining SLA/OLA / 99.9+% QoS / 10K+ Servers / 100M+ users / PBs of storage for SQL Server DBs (PAAS and DBAAS), Cosmos DB (Document DB), Mongo / extensive Azure SQL deployment, minimizing disruptions to service. Solid exp. on SQL/NOSQL technology especially Microsoft SQL server family running on Prem and cloud (PAAS and DBAAS). - All flavors of Azure SQL - General, Managed Instance, Business Critical and Hyperscale. Provides best insight in Production readiness review with Development team. Implement Production (Online) application monitoring with internal and external tool to capture high availability as well as application component failure with appropriate alert and ensure we act as proactive rather than reactive when any application functionality degrades in the environment. Ensure best delivery and customer satisfaction with an eye on improving operational practices, application performances and responses. Ensuring BCDR and capacity planning and defining SLO /SLI and SLA. Deeply embed with engineering for features, releases and COGS control to ensure we deliver the product with high bar with quality.
