I was once where you are. I became a sales manager at 29 years old. I took over the worst sales team in my company, and I had to figure out how to turn them around pretty much on my own. I did - within a year, we were the top team in the nation. Even better, I and my team had a blast doing it. After repeating this success a few times, I hung out my shingle in 2004 to help other executives and managers duplicate my success; to be frank, I've helped some of them reach heights that I never did as a manager. And I've loved every second of it. My specialty is small-to-medium sized companies in the B2B space. For the most part, I don't work with the highly branded companies.
