(II) Worked for process R&D with kilo lab/ pilot plant/ production scale. Process developed for Vitamin-A, managed troubleshooting in each stage and achieved the production of pure Vitamin-A palmitate. Few APIs synthesised by enzymatic resolution, process development for Chlomipramine and Leuprolide. (III) Developed a new approach to peptides based on redox strategy. The method could be used for fragment coupling and cyclic peptide synthesis. A number of Enkephalins/ analogs and cyclic peptides including Antamanide have been made. Peptides with free C-terminal residues and peptides with unnatural amino acids were made. In organosilicon chemistry, developed method for acylsilanes. Achieved the advanced intermediates for (+)- and (-)- nonactic acids. I revealed for the first time, an extraordinary reaction of phenyldimethylsilyllithium with N,N-disubstituted amides wherein enediamines are formed.
