I will continue to be an advocate for our customers and employees and put strong effort into the development of myself while supporting those around me. A few highlights and details about myself. I have been an Amazonian for over 9 years, and am currently an Amazonian Experience and Technology (AET) Escalations Operations Manager. My team works on behalf of Amazon’s CEO, VPs, and other Senior Leaders to investigate and address escalations arising with in the employee’s Amazon journey. AET Escalations is a global team that investigates Escalations driven through Jeff Bezos, and Andy Jassy emails, as well as concerns raised through the Amazon Ethics Line. We deliver investigative outcomes, process improvement plans, and business reviews to Executive Leaders. I joined AET Escalations about two and half years ago and have loved helping to build out our process, hire and develop and amazing team, and be involved in impactful projects focused on optimizing employee experience. Prior to joining AET Escalations I was a Regional Loss Prevention Manager running a team of Loss Prevention and Security professionals in the Amazon Robotics fulfillment centers. Through this role and my 5 plus years in Amazon Loss Prevention, I developed my skills and understanding of operational and investigative processes and tools, lead complex programs dealing with high risk site and safety concerns, successfully developed and promoted leaders, and built a strong network through cross functional partnerships and collaborations. I am very proud of the work I have accomplished and the change I have been a part of. As most of my career has focused on our investigations, process improvement, and program development, I am interested in exploring a new space that allows me to utilize these skillsets in end-to-end program management. I am an advocate for our employees, and our customers and love to be involved in making processes and programs better by listening to the voice of our customer, diving into data and metrics, and identifying and solving problems to better serve our customer and our company. I believe strongly in continuous development and evolution both in process and within myself.
