As a regional strategic procurement professional over the last 10 years, my scope requires the ability to deliver results against strategic objectives whilst managing stakeholder expectations through close collaboration and effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels throughout the organization in multi-country environment to develop and implement procurement projects. Within the procurement organization, I am usually the APAC region lead working with the global leaders on the strategies and initiatives for the APAC region and my local/regional colleagues on the implementation of these strategies and initiatives. Within the APAC region, I also have ownership of key suppliers, procurement policies & processes and procurement capability development.
