I came from a Sales background working in Retail with 10x years of experience. Including 2 years of Customer Service management experience. I decided to take a journey to step out of my comfort zone to work in an area that involves Computers and Technology. It was one of the best decisions I've made. Since working in the Help Desk field, I was able to learn how to Run Commands, Diagnose Windows, Run Windows SQL, learn about network IP's and much more. As for someone who enjoys playing PC games, it makes it much more enjoyable knowing how the computer runs the software and the architect behind the hardware. Music is a big part of my life and growing up, I played in Ensembles and different bands. At a young age, I learned how to use DAW's (Digital Audio Workstations) to create audio for film scripts. I have experience with using Reason, Cubase, Ableton Live, and Fl Studios. For my retail experience, I have a lot of experience working with customers in person. Customer service is the most important thing in retail jobs because the customers are our first priority. I always know that there is more to learn even though we think we know enough.
