Victoria started off her political career as a congressional fellow for Congressman Mike Honda of California. Throughout her six years on Capitol Hill, Victoria played a significant role in shaping the Congressional policy agenda for AAPIs and ethnic minorities in this country. Victoria has held a number of leadership positions including Board Chair for the Silicon Valley Council of Non-Profits, Chair of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, and the TI Bay Area Women’s Initiative.
