Afterward he joined as a superintending Engineer, Ghatghar Hydro Electric Projects Circle, nashik in July 2002, where he has undergone a training of Roller compacted concrete technology in USA in October 2002. After training in RCC he has completed saddle dam in only 38 days in May 2003, then upper dam in only 56 days in May 2004 and lower dam was completed in 370 days in June 2006. Thus the work of all three RCC dams of Ghatghar Pumped storage Scheme was completed in only four years from foundation excavation to finish.As Chief engineer, Koyna Project during the year 2005-2006 he has completed the strengthening work of spillway of Koyna dam above apron in stipulated time with day to to day meticulous planning in only 240 days, which may be paradigm not only India but perhaps in the world Presently Working as Technical Advisor to GVS Systems Pvt. Ltd. Pune. And Yash Engineers Aurangabad Specialties: He has presented various paper in international seminars Viz. he has presented a paper on a success story of three RCC dams in biennial conference of British dam society at Durham. He has written 34 papers in various national and international seminars on various subjects ranging from “Design to Aesthetics” of Dams.
