Engineering skills  Designing of Plumbing, sanitary, Rain water harvesting systems & having basic knowledge of FPS &FAPA System. Attending design review meetings in co-ordination with the Architects, other service consultants & Clients. In reference to the codes and guidelines along with having a comprehensive knowledge of the Indian and International standards. Making project proposal and design reports, preparation of utilities and services scheme that are feasible to the particular projects for Plumbing projects. Having knowledge of designing of hot water system with heatpumps/boiler, WTP, STP,ETP, etc., ) Able to review and guide the team of engineers. Writing accurate technical reports. Assisting with competency appraisal process for junior staff. Capable of defining and leading assignments. Always willing to help other less experienced team members with workloads.
