Lead out the company’s strategic guest experience objectives to meet company growth and expansion plans and Develop and maximise the potential of existing and new revenue streams in the airport.Overall responsibility of the ground handling business at Dublin Airport managing a senior team and a staff of 500 providing a safe, quality operation to major flagship international airlines. Setting key business strategy and Key Performance Indicators. Responsible for a multi million euro budget cost and revenue generation. To lead the business in a sustainable manner to achieve goals and business success.Overall management of ground operations and cabin crew at Belfast and Dublin. Overseeing shorthaul and longhaul flights working with Airport Authorities, Ground Handlers and other service partners in line with business objectives and KPI's/SLA's. Managing cabin crew and their performance along with Customer Service Delivery, onboard service and retail targets. HR, Budget and finance responsibility.After leading successfully both Belfast and Dublin crew, I was appointed Regional Cabin Services Manager based in Manchester with management responsibilities of Manchester, Belfast and Dublin Cabin Crew and Managers. Role included budgets, inflight sales, personal development, HR, business projects along with service delivery and customer satisfaction. Setting goals and targets along with launching new customer initiatives. Started career as Cabin Crew to then develop my career into Cabin Crew Manager for Belfast and Dublin.
