In addition, Mr. Kenny served as the agency's senior procurement executive for DLA. He also served at the Pentagon as a procurement analyst for the Department of Defense Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition Reform. Mr. Kenny assisted in the development of the Federal Acquisition Reform Act and the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act legislation. He has also worked in a variety of acquisition positions at the Naval Supply System Command, and at the Naval Regional Contracting Center Philadelphia.
