I Adhere to and Promote safe systems of work and encourage others to do the same. Great team player and Problem solver. I consider myself Multi-skilled and well rounded, Humble about my abilities and achievements. Always prepared to learn and very respectfull of those I consider my peers. Happy go lucky, with a no problem and yes I can attitude. Good interpersonal skills and great collaborative team player. Spent most of my working life in Mechanical Engineering in one way or another, mainly in production driven environments, where a varied and flexible approach to problems was critical. My career experience and development has often been self funded and definatly self driven. I would identify my weaknesses as being reserved when initially in a new or unfamiliar environment. My Strengths are that I'm very determined and I get things done, I have a strong inclusive attitude when working in a team but am just as comfortable when having to work solo. I am comfortable taking a leading role and am able to manage multi discipline skills and projects. I am serious about my work but like to enjoy a laugh too, I generally find fun and humour in most situations. North East Scotland College
