Additionally, Willie served an examiner for a state-level Baldrige Excellence Program and is a currrent American Society for Quality-Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and a Project Management Professional. Willie's most prized professional accomplishment is his military service. Volunteering to deploy to Southwest Asia immediately after 9/11. HQ European Command and Kyrgyzstan in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM and serving in multiple commands and roles yielded life-long learning, priceless memories and never-ending friendships.
