Earlier Career Snapshot - Started as Management Trainee In Genting in 2004 and progressed to Assistant Casino Product Manager in 2005 then promoted to Manager in 2007 handling database marketing and loyalty program portfolio while setting up Customer Intelligence section. Move on to AVP in 2009 to head Customer Intelligence under EVP Office. In 2014, moved to Manila to setup Strategic Marketing (Database Analytics and Revenue Management) for Melco Crown Entertainment Leisure Philippines. Everyday I apply what I believe to what I do for living; I am a analyst at heart but I strive to understand business and use data to drive performance.
