Leading a talented global team of 500+ people focused on accelerating Cisco’s software transformation to recurring revenue through digital experience and engineering innovation. Powered by telemetry and data, the team has reimagined the Cisco experience by developing the next generation of offerings to drive growth. I’ve have had the great privilege to hold a variety of cross functional leadership roles across the company, including CX, product management, data & insights, engineering and operations.
