I am actively participating in the R&D process to increase values of natural products by mainly performing screening and DMPK. Recently, a new automated HTS method called DIMS was demonstrated to screen natural products, or mixture compounds interacting with cells and targeted proteins or enzyme without a manual sample preparation. In parallel with this method development, a new in-vitro system which can be used as a valuable tool to predict drug toxicity before clinical trial of a candidate drug has been designed and investigated with In silico modeling.
