Evaluate representatives on a monthly basis. Customer Experience depart Calls customers to conduct NPS survey and solicit feedback from them on their recent experiences at MTN touch-points Scores the service provided by the frontline MTN staff. Incorporates feedback from customers into daily operations. Makes proper judgment about the provided NPS score. Retention Team coordinator Preparing the retention rate reports Updating the retention procedures Communicating with customers to retain them. Quality (Visit ) coordinator Visit CSCs and make observations of the employees and locations. Follow-up with related departments to improve workflow. Follow-up and solve customer complaints. Generating monthly finding audit Point of service representative: handling invoices and providing GSM and Mobile services. Sell services. Achievements: Spare Sim service suggestion (Under process).
