I am responsible for sales and marketing looking after priority customer program, priority services and inbound / outbound business. As a business consultant, my unique strength and value is my multi-national client experiences and the network of PwC’s professionals that I have had the pleasure to work with throughout my career, especially in the UK where I was on secondment from 2012 to 2015 leading our Japanese Business Network. One of my proudest achievement is when I led several Japanese and global companies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their management platform, implementing IT systems across its enterprise and building shared service center. As a result of these activities, these companies were able to spend less time on formerly labor-intensive processes such as gathering and compiling information and more on value-add analytic services.
