To emphasize on boring tasks, this could be a button you press daily, or an e-mail you must type out. Wouldn’t it be easier just to have something else do that for you? So, what I am working on is creating a catalog of common problems with typical solutions. From there I plan to make my computer auto-respond to problems that get sent to me. It will take some time to get there, but I think the benefits would pay off nicely. One thing I would like to mention about my role as being a Software Engineer, it is not a one program language type of job. I have had to learn and continue learning, Python, C#, C++, and other various types of languages. My commitment to learning something new has never stopped and probably never will. Commitment to constant learning and improving your skills as a Software Engineer is an unwritten rule of the job and one that is important to follow. When I leave work, I spend time painting miniature figures while binge-watching the latest craze on Netflix. It's fun to focus on something that is outside my realm of programming all day long.
