Zahidul Hassan’s Expertise I am always on the lookout for a more challenging and rewarding position, particularly in the Federal Government. I recently started (in May, 2019) experimenting with Machine Learning. Now I have working knowledge of ML, Python and I am very impressed with Google's BERT for NLP. I have with with Government Projects (USPTO, DOE), Financial Assignments (Fidelity, Brown&Co), Telecommunication (GTE/Verizon) and Aviation Industry (FAA / MIT). I have worked as a key E-Business Team Leader with an outstanding track record of success in highly visible n-tier systems by thinking creatively, leading by example and acting decisively. I have been involved in the full life-cycle development of both Agile/SCRUM and Iterative Cycle encompassing front-end (the Presentation Layer), Middle-tier (the Business Logic) and back-end (Database Engine) using latest technology including Enterprise Service Bus (ESB): a SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) enabler, Spring, Spring-Data-JPA, XML, JEE, Oracle and other database engines. I have been the Technical Lead of several critical projects where I had to analyze the problems on hand, scope and plan for optimum solution, perform risk analysis, schedule and manage resources, prioritize tasks, monitor progress of the team, adjust resources accordingly and finally deliver the product on time. I am very successful in translating a cryptic wish list in its infancy stage into easily understandable requirements. I am equally successful in identifying trees of core requirements among the forest of “Shall Statements or User Stories”. For every project I lead, I keep a keen eye on the framework as well as the performance of the robust systems to be delivered measured by accuracy, volume transactions and response time. I have been very fortunate throughout my career to work on the leading edge technology and USPTO is no exception. I not only work hard, I also keep the vendors honest and have the vendors strive for the best.
