Now my job Duties/Responsibilities is:- **Prepare the Environmental Management System (EMS) documents as per the Environmental Compliance requirements. **Monitor and evaluate the ETP operation & parameters as per DOE Standards & ECR-1997. **Trend analysis update, all of parameters like as: BOD, COD, TSS, TDS, EC, PH, COLOR, Temperature & etc. **Monitoring sludge management system according to DOE & audit requirements. **Preparing all documentation of ETP & timely provide to respective department. **To find out & implement the best available Technicians for reducing the all types of wastes in environmental friendly way. **Ensure Environmental Health & Safety Requirements in dry process area. **Conduct an assessment on Aspects & impacts due to the all types of factory operation & activates. **Arrange and conduct training as a requirements of EMS standard. **To review of documents and records, forms and formats before implement at the factory. **To ensure follow up that corrective actions are implemented. **To assist OH & S Committee to preparation and presentation health and safety in the meetings. **To ensure regular emergency response exercises and evacuation & drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency. Maintains records of such drills, **To provide recommendations for emergency response improvements. **To assist in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans. **To ensure that operations employees, contractors and site visitors receive HSE inductions for theater operations. **Any others duties when required for the company.
