In such a dynamic environment many day-to-day challenges were overcome using quick fix or stop gap solutions. The challenges we faced were common to many industries. Understanding that, with the knowledge that permanent solutions could be developed, and knowing we could created the “best solutions” provided impetus for the establishment of LUMINOSITY in 2013, (which would become SOAR) with my business partners. I am very thankful to all clients our including Allied Irish Banks (AIB), NextGear Capital UK and V12 Vehicle Finance who among many others have been key in letting our dreams become, and continue to be a reality. I am a forthright, goal-oriented problem solver, always working towards the best solution. I love to work with similar type people; and in dynamic environments. As Michael Jordan put it, ““If you're trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I've had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it”.
